Heavy Duty Dispenser to accept a lot of use. It holds a 4.5 lb. canister. For use with Waterless Hand Cleaners, either neat or with pumice. A reservoir built into the dispenser keeps a usable quantity of soap in reserve when canister is empty so that dispenser is still usable until replacement canister can be inserted.
